Terms of Service
These Terms govern Swipitch and the rights and responsibilities of Byond R Co., Ltd. and its users.
1. Eligibility
These Terms and the Privacy Policy apply when you sign in or use Swipitch. Users under 14 may not create an account.
2. Service and limits
Swipitch provides AI analysis, initial image generation, editing, storage, and sharing. We may limit file size, card count, concurrent generation, and abnormal repeated requests. Introductions normally contain 5–7 cards and no more than 10.
3. Your content
Submit only materials and URLs you are authorized to use. You grant limited permission to copy, transform, store, transmit, and display them to provide the service.
4. AI output
AI output may contain errors or omissions. Review facts, rights, and suitability before publishing.
5. Sharing and Showcase
Link sharing is separate from Showcase and search indexing. Showcase publication and indexing require a separate choice or submission.
6. Prohibited use and liability
Illegal or harmful content, infringement, impersonation, malware, automated abuse, and disruption are prohibited. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
7. Law and contact
