Privacy Policy
Byond R Co., Ltd. processes personal information only as needed to provide and protect Swipitch.
1. Data
We process Google email and identifier, language, login and session data, project metadata, sharing settings, views, uploaded files and URLs, and generated results. Access, device, browser, error, and performance logs may be collected. Analytics cookies require consent.
2. Purposes
Data is used for authentication, creation, editing, storage, sharing, AI processing, security, support, analytics, and improvement.
3. Storage
Source files and results are stored in your Google Drive. Cloudflare hosts the service and processes account and project metadata and operational logs.
4. Retention
Operational data is deleted without undue delay after account deletion and backups within 30 days. Google Drive files remain under your control. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
5. Processors and transfers
Google provides sign-in, Drive and Analytics; Cloudflare provides hosting, database and security; OpenAI analyzes PDFs, uploaded source images, and selected website text and generates content and initial images. Data may be processed internationally.
6. AI processing
PDF and source-image originals are temporarily sent to OpenAI and deletion is requested after success or failure. Images uploaded later in the editor, YouTube videos, and 3D files are not sent.
7. Cookies and rights
Google Analytics runs only after consent. Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal through account deletion or privacy@byond-r.com.
